Our continuously growing IT incubator Brainware with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, LA, and Kyiv, that starts companies, builds products and enriches lives, is looking for talented Customer Support Representatives
(we need English+Spanish, English+French and English+German).
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to speak clearly in English;
At least one year of experience in Customer Support area;
Proactivity in identifying new opportunities, solving problems and prioritizing efforts;
Ability to learn new processes quickly;
Will be a plus:
Experience working with CRMs / Zendesk / Talk.Co;
International exchange programs participation;
Understanding of ticketing system;
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage customer support tickets via email, phone, and chat; using specialized software/CRMs ( mostly ZenDesk );
Working with a wide variety of software and online tools;
Handle other back office services directed by Client;
