Brainware - is a business incubator located in San Francisco and Kyiv, that starts companies, builds products and enriches lives and we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our project team and work with US-based companies.
Our perfect candidate has:
Customer support experience (is a huge plus);
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to speak clearly in English;
Experience working with CRMs / Zendesk / Talk.Co (as a plus);
Experience in Sales (as a plus);
Proactivity in identifying new opportunities, solving problems and prioritizing efforts;
Ability to learn new processes quickly;
